Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of StoryView (https://storyview.yodams.com, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
StoryView lets you anonymously view and save public Instagram stories, highlights, posts, and reels, and run an unfollow finder that analyzes a Meta data-export ZIP on your device. Private accounts show only publicly available info. Posts and stories from private accounts, deleted content, and items restricted by Instagram are not shown.
2. Relationship with Meta / Instagram
StoryView is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Instagram™ or Meta Platforms, Inc. Trademarks belong to their owners. We never ask for Instagram login credentials and do not replace the official apps or websites.
3. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law and Instagram/Meta terms. You may not attempt to bypass private accounts, overload our or third-party systems with automation or excessive requests, redistribute content in ways that infringe rights, or interfere with Service security or operations.
4. Downloads and copyright
Copyright in saved media remains with the rightsholders. Files obtained through the Service are for personal viewing only. Do not redistribute or use them commercially without permission. You are responsible for your use.
5. Advertising
The Service may show third-party ads such as Google AdSense on the website and Google AdMob in the iOS/Android apps. Advertisers are responsible for their creatives and sites. Cookie and ad processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Features may break when Instagram or networks change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
7. Changes and suspension
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service for operational or technical reasons. We will try to give notice when practical, but urgent action may occur without prior notice.
8. Changes to Terms and governing law
We may revise these Terms; updates will be posted on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Jurisdiction follows applicable law.
