Article 1. Purposes of processing

We process personal information for the purposes below only. We will not use it for other purposes and will seek prior consent if the purpose changes.

(1) Provide and improve the Service (viewing/saving public Instagram content, unfollow finder, etc.)
(2) Prevent abuse (including rate limits) and handle errors/security
(3) Show ads (Google AdSense on the web; Google AdMob in iOS/Android apps)

We do not sell personal information. The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Article 2. Processing and retention period

Server access/security logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or anonymized.

Recent searches and language remain on your device until you clear browser or app data.

Meta data-export ZIPs for unfollow finder and photos/videos you choose to save are not uploaded to or stored on our servers; they stay on your device (browser or photo library).

Longer retention applies only where required by law.

Article 4. Entrustment of processing

We entrust processing as follows:

Contracts require compliance with privacy laws, prohibit unauthorized onward disclosure, and allocate liability; we keep those terms in writing or electronic form. If processors change, we will announce it via notice and this Privacy Policy.
